Salary Range: $14/hour
Assignments available: We are looking for someone to provide extra assistance to people in our Autism program evenings or weekends, maybe 5-10 hours/week. If you enjoy group activities, you could assist with social club groups and outings or help run cooking or other classes. If you are available during the day, you could assist with a weekly drop-in center at the office. If you prefer working one-on-one with individuals, we have several people who need some assistance in their homes or in the community.
Requirements: Related BA/BS degree; experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ABA training strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and 3+ years driving experience, clean driving record. If you use your own car for activities, you are reimbursed for mileage. In addition, Licensing will require a contingent of classes including CPR, First Aid, Behavior Principles and Strategies, etc. Many but not all of these are available evenings or weekends. You must commit to completing these classes, which may necessitate one or two days during the business week. Thanks for your interest!
